
Griff Lucas practices commercial law, business litigation and general civil litigation, and has experience in matters related to commercial litigation, banking litigation, real property disputes, creditor collections & bankruptcy, business torts, intellectual property, contract disputes, commercial transactions, fraud & conspiracy claims, and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Griff represents clients in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. Mr. Lucas celebrated his 15th Anniversary in the active practice of law in 2020. Griff has been with the firm since 2015.
