Griff Lucas practices commercial litigation, business litigation, and general civil litigation.  Mr. Lucas has experience in banking litigation, real property disputes, creditor collections & bankruptcy, business torts, intellectual property, contract disputes, commercial transactions, fraud and conspiracy claims, and breach of fiduciary duty claims.  He represents clients in both state and federal trial and appellate courts. Mr. Lucas celebrates his 19th Anniversary in the active practice of law in 2024.  He has been with the firm since 2015.
